1. Our Services

We provide:

2. Your Responsibilities

  • Provide clear instructions for your project.

  • Submit payments on time (details in Section 4).

  • Give feedback within agreed deadlines.

3. Payments & Refunds

✅ Payment Terms: 50% deposit before work starts; remaining 50% upon completion.
✅ Accepted Methods: Bank transfer, PayPal, Stripe.
❌ Refunds: No refunds after work begins, but we’ll fix errors for free if guidelines were followed.

4. Revisions & Deadlines

  • Free Revisions: 2 rounds of minor edits (within 7 days of delivery).

  • Extra Revisions: Charged at $[10] per hour.

  • Delays: If you delay feedback, deadlines may extend.

5. Content Ownership

  • You own the final content after full payment.

  • We may use it in our portfolio unless you request confidentiality.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel anytime before work starts for a full refund.

  • After work begins, the deposit is non-refundable.

7. Privacy & Data

  • We never share your data with third parties (see Privacy Policy).

  • Comments/emails may be stored securely for record-keeping.

8. Limitation of Liability

We’re not responsible for:

  • Delays due to tech issues, pandemics, or unclear instructions.

  • Losses from published content (e.g., SEO changes, legal disputes).
